Sandra D Bivens, we recommend using same PEMF IC 1-2 times everyday. It is okay to use it more often.

Chris B, so far from our experience using the same PEMF more than 2 times a day does not increase the effectiveness significantly.

My sister has nightly sore throats so I imprinted stickers for her to try. I combined this with Red Greveilla and within 20 mins she said she could swollow without pain. She woke up with no pain in her throat. She was blown away
