Sheila , we don't produce the previous version of Glowing IC Pad anymore. Overall new GlowPad 3 has many improvements compared to the previous version (stronger signal and better quality, lanyard attachment, added Red+IR light modes, wireless or audio cable connection). The new one only does not include herbs.

Teacher. . What is a good volume for listening? Right now, I'm just listening to it at a level that's comfortable to listen to. .

Hi Sophie, that's right. The volume should be set to a comfortable level.

Can I drink it after putting it on the glowing surface and transferring it to water?

Hi Sophie, the best way is to listen to this signal with headphones. However, you can also transfer to water and drink water.

My IC pad is uncomfortably loud, the connections to the PC or mobile phone are ok, the pad itself is clearly audible. Is that how it belongs?

Hello Anne, is the sound coming from the IC pad or smartphone? Is the sound loud on all ICs or only on some? Thank you!
