Hi Mancebo, best is to apply it directly to the body, but yes, you can also imprint it to water and drink it. You can also imprint it on a body cream and apply cream to the area.

Should I transfer the IC complex multiple times? In other words, if I transfer "all at once" and it takes just 2 minutes, should I be running this IC complex program more than one time? If yes, how many times?

Hi Karen, imprinting for a longer time creates a stronger imprint. We suggest starting from the default time for your device (it is set automatically once you select your device - 2 minutes for Glowing IC Pad, for example). Later you can try adding additional 3-5 repeats.
