Thank you Daniel. Would it help adding Lumbar disc regeneration audio IC for severe lumbar stenosis with near complete CSF effacement and compression of traversing S1 nerve roots that cause(?) pain and numbness in leg and foot? Any other ICs you can recommend?

Hello, I like this IC but there are crackling/popping sounds in the recording. I tried wired and wireless headphones but did not notice a difference. Could you please look into this?

Hi Elena, the crackling effect can be because the phone struggles to generate frequencies. Please try the following:
1. Close all other tabs in your browser, only keep Infopathy.
2. Close all the apps on your phone, only keep the browser working.
3. Once your start transfer, lock the screen (usually by clicking on the power button one time), it will lower the load on the phone's processor.

I did. Even with all apps and tabs closed, and screen locked, there is noise. Can you hear it when you run the IC?

For me this does not happen. If you have computer, you can try to listen on computer. You can also try different browser on you phone. Also, what phone do you use?

I use Samsung S21 and chrome, but If you don't have an issue with quality i will habe to troubleshoot my devices. Thank you very much for checking Anton!

I heard before about this issue on Samsung but on the Samsung Internet browser. If you find the way to remove that issue, please let us know.

Using headphones with no microphone eliminated extra noise. I also turned off all notifications even muted, and all background apps.

Hi Kevin, does the noise comes from your computer/phone? When IC Pad connected you should not hear about sound coming from your computer/phone.

Yes unfortunately the sound comes out of the speakers every few seconds like a hiss. What could be the reason? Should I connect the IC with a different cable?

Hello Anton, I tried it with a different audio cable and unfortunately the same error still exists. The IC pad appears to be overstretching because it is also flashing very rapidly all of a sudden. As I said, I'll try it on my smartphone and give you some info.
