Isabelle Nagel, yes, you can apply it to face, and yes, better to close eyes or even apply IC Pad through fabric.ย

Is the sternum the preferred place to place the glow pad when using PEMF and does it need to be on skin or as close to skin as possible?

Darryl Roberts, for ICs that are specific to some area or organ it is better to apply ICs directly there. ย General ICs better to apply to sternum or stomach. You can apply IC Pad through clothes, but the closer the better.ย

I would like to get some clarity on using PEMF with glow pad.  I seem that there are some complexes and some are "all at once" while others are one by one.  Is there a preferred method when I add 2 or 3 PEMF's to a complex?

Darryl Roberts, Imprint compexes need to be used in "All at once" mode and PEMF complexes which you apply directly to body are better to use in One-by-one mode.
