Hello my glow pad has stopped working as well. what kind of warranty do we get with this?

I have tried restarting computer, making sure volume is up other cords, I have recharged the glow pad and no lights at all. I'm so sad because i have been using the pad with no problem for a month and now it doesn't work at all.
