Good morning, I would like to know what the right distance is for doing the various Ics and the distance from the food. Thank you

Stefano, it would be best to place food directly on the IC Pad. Field strength is lower with a distance. Over 10 inch magnetic waves strength is very low, only modulated lights goes far.ย

Hi Stefano, at the moment it is only possible to add single ICs to a complexes, not complex to another complex. We are working on a feature to add all included ICs from one complex to some another complex.ย 
At the moment, you on each IC in some complex you can click "add to complex" and in this way add all ICs from one complex to your personal complex.ย

Dear Anton, your recommendation is 1-2 times per day, one-by-one-modus for 5-10 days. That's almost 7 hours per day. I just want to make shure I'm using it correctly. Txs ๐Ÿ˜Š

Simone, yes, these are pretty long ICs.. You can do at at least 1 time a day. First 2 ICs also would be the priority to use, last one has many repetitive frequencies.
