How can I use ICs like this - with foreign symbols ( I think Chinese in this case ) ? I can only use the Latin alphabet on my devices . Thank you

Iris Kautter, this is their personal complex, they probably have a Korean keyboard on their phone or laptop, therefore could give such a name for their complex.
