Can I use the glowing IC pad on my body for any PEMF for pain ? Does it mater that I have the lights on my body?

Hi J Grayden, yes, in general, you can apply IC Pad directly to the body. Blue lights are not needed, you can apply IC Pad through thin clothes. But this particular IC (40 Hz), should be used by watching lights with eyes. You can reduce the intensity to make sure you are comfortable. Do not point IC Pad directly in your eyes.

I used this IC once daily when I had flare-ups. I felt the symptom decreased every time I used this IC.

I would never be without my Vitamin C. It has made a real difference in my overall general health. Also now I don’t have to buy the tablets. I take it every day.
