Hi there. I have just purchased the pad and 2 hummers. Can my husband and I log in at the same time and use a hummer each?

Hi Helen, yes, that should be possible. From time to time you may be asked to log in again to your account on a second device.

Hi Chiara, Please watch a short video on how to set up Glowing IC Pad at "how to use Glowing IC Pad page". If the yellow light goes off in 1 minute then IC Pad is fully charged. To transfer ICs you need to connect IC Pad to your smartphone or laptop with an audio cable. During the transfer, you should not hear sound coming from your smartphone or laptop if using the Glowing IC Pad.

question does the glass of water needs to cover the entir surface area of the IC PAD

Hi Nab, it is not necessary to cover the whole area of the IC Pad, you can place your glass in the center of the IC Pad.
