Hi Melissa, please try the following: start the transfer, then open a new tab in your browser, then lock the screen. I assume you have an iPhone, the iOS 15+ has such a bug at the moment...

Hi Pinson, this can happen because your iPhone goes into power saving mode - or the screen locks. Please try the following: start the transfer, then open a new tab in Safari, then lock the screen.
