I use it almost every day. It reduces inflammation and pain for me. You can see the effect after just one hour. It could reduce the amount of painkillers I need.

I used it to test it. I am quite tired and too often on alert. I put it on the sternum and after 2 to 3 minutes, I felt my mind settle and wander. Very pleasant
