Well, I think I figured it out. I'm in the process of drinking the 2nd bottle with the anti-inflammation formula. I'm really hoping it works. I must say it seems like magic!

Interested in stating that water should be taken in small sips during the day. What maximum quantity is recommended when sipping?

Monica Monroe, The idea of sipping the water slowly during the day allows the body time to absorb the new information it is receiving and allows for the full effect of the informational energy. Hi Monica, it is recommended to drink the same amount of water that you used to drink, 1-2 litters a day. You can have glass water at once or 100ml of water at once. You may discuss this with your practitioner and receive a more personalized recommendation.
