Hi there, I put two IC complexes Arthritis, and Metabolism plus Vitamin C which makes a total of 8 different items. Is that too much ?

Hi Cathy, the number of infoceuticals that can be used for each personal complex depends on the personโ€™s health and energy state. Some people may include 10 or more ICs into their complex and it works for them. In average it is recommended not to put more than 5 or 6 infoceuticals per personal complex. You can try complex that you have created with 8 ICs, then also try to use smaller complexes and after that decide what is more efficient for you.

I have been using ICโ€™s for about 1 year. It is now my go too place for any kind of difficulty with my health. Paul McDonald recommended I give it a try and it was love at first sip. I do not like drugs of any kind and am always leary of the numerous side affect associated with prescription medication. So ICโ€™s are perfect of me and I think everyone. I started using ICs over a year ago after several visits with Paul. I found both Pauls treatments and using the ICs to be very effective. My issues were anxiety, problems sleeping, sore joints and constipation. I should mention that I have been negligent in the past few weeks downloading my ICs and this email (about new method) has motivated me to get back on my programme.
