Helloz, there is a lot of lime in our tap water !! Can you then use normally purchased water instead of tap water? Not that it still leads to kidney stone !!!!!

HI Lul, in general we recommend using water that you normally drink, the best you can get. You can use any water to make ICs. If you are low on mineral water, we recommend drinking this water immediately after the transfer as it may not store ICs for long.

Hi Mavi, for the PEMF ICs the best way is to apply them directly to body 1-2 times a day. If you imprint this to water, you need to drink it at least 3 times a day, at least 2oz (50ml) of water each time.
