Hi Anna, it is best to drink imprinted water on an empty stomach (no food), but you can take supplements or medications short after or before.

Hi Paille, please try the following: 1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using USB cable and charger.
2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start the transfer.
3) Restart your computer or phone.
4) Replace Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable".
