Jonathan RoselandI haven't had cravings at all . Now don't expect to get high but my pain is gone ! I feel like I'm on a natural high , energy level is back . Of course I can't remember what it was like without any kind of pain meds. There's also other complexes I use along with this but overall I love everything I've tried . Good luck
