Hi Irene, this one first, then Candida General and then Candida + Helminth . you can create a complex and include 3 of them and transfer in one-be-one mode.

Thank you Anton, it was a silly question. I did not read the instructions carefully. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For the PEMF complexs, should I always click one-by-one instead of transfer all at once? Some complex is automatically done one-by-one and some doesn't so I just did these 3 for Candida all at once. Is it not effective to do PEMFs all at once?

Hi Sammy, it is okay to use PEMF complexes with up to 3 ICs in "All at once" mode. Also, there are some complexes with more than 3 PEMF ICs that preset to "All at once" and that is also okay, because developers of the complex know what they are including and whether it has interference. When you are creating your own PEMF complex if it has more than 3 ICs, then use One-by-one mode. If you have the time it is best to transfer all PEMF complexes... See more

Hi Teressa, Hypothalamus Toning is Audible ICs for the same purpose, but to primarily use with headphones. This one is PEMF to directly apply to body.
