Iโve been using this a minimum of once a day for a month and see improvement. I will continue. Belching has stopped and stomach sounds at bedtime are gone. Iโd like to hear what others are noticing.

Hi Ioana, yes, you can apply it directly to the body, or transfer it to cream and then apply the cream to the body.
