Glowing ICPad3. - I just loaded it again. it is recognized in bluetooth, but we hear the transfer when I launch it.... ??

Maeva Buades, please make sure you actually connect to IC Pad. You need to connect to IC Pad every time you turn on IC Pad, it does not connect automatically. There should be no sound during transfer.

Anton SF there must be a problem. There is always sound. I tried with 2 Mac computers. I checked what you said. everything is OK. the connection etc.. it only worked once, the first use. nothing since

Maeva Buades, once connected via Bluetooth on Mac computer, please go to Settings -> Sound and check Output device. It should be set to Infopathy GlowPad

Will distilled water be ok for a frequency transfer and also use water treated with hydrogen gas (Browns water)?

Hi Isabel, distilled water also can be used for imprinting, but you need to drink it right away, as it loses imprint pretty fast. With Browns water, we don't have any studies and users experiences, but you can try it, but Imprinting should be the last step before you drink water.

I updated my iPhone to 15.11. The the audio now stops/transfer stops when the screen shuts off/sleeps. Suggestions?

Hi Tess, there is currently a bug with iOS 15+, currently, workaround is following: Start transfer -> open a new tab in the browser (Safari) and then lock the screen. Please let us know if that helped you. Thank you!
