Iโm new. Just got my IC glow pad this evening. Iโm curious, Iโve read quite a bit of info on here but I donโt see any guidelines as to how often or how long one should continue using an IC, PEMF or Rife. Are there guidelines?

Hi Mikki, it differs for everyone, we recommend using the same IC or complex for at least one week and observe how you feel, if no changes at all, then you can adjust the IC or Complex. If selected IC or Complex provide results you can continue using it until you have desired effect. In some cases for example with hypothyroidism, it usually provide support for as long as you use it - similarly how actual medication works.

Hi Tyler: I have also pain on the medial side of my heel and I have kidney issue since I contracted covid 2 years ago.
How did Osteo figured out that that it was kidney???
