I just ran the audible for Neck and Shoulder tension. I think Iโve got some relief, but am wondering if all audibles sound like static with brief breaks? Or am I doing it wrong?

Good evening, I just received my IcPad, I connected it to my smartphone, but how can I listen, do I need two earphone outputs?

Hi Sara, Circuit IC Pad may produce some sound but usually don't. You need to connect it via an audio cable to your phone or laptop -> select IC -> start Transfer -> make sure the audio volume is set to the maximum level on your phone. Then apply IC Pad to water or to the body directly - depends on what IC are you using.
