Margherita Sciacca, The IC pad is set to default for 2 minute transfers. You can change number of repeats. More repeats usually result in a stronger imprint and effect.

Melanie Hesketh, Thank you. I imprinted water two minutes X six repeats and drink it (one litre) throughout the day. I do realize that consistency is the key.

Hello, does it make more sense to impregnate a cream and apply it to the breasts or is it also indicated to be impregnated on a liquid? The first 3 Ic of the complex prompt me to prepare a cream and the last 3 a remedy to drink. Thank you for your enlightenment

Hi Isabeille, thanks for reminding us, sorry we missed it. I would suggest to prepare some water and drink it first. You can also prepare a cream, it must be good for 30 days.
