Sheila , we don't produce the previous version of Glowing IC Pad anymore. Overall new GlowPad 3 has many improvements compared to the previous version (stronger signal and better quality, lanyard attachment, added Red+IR light modes, wireless or audio cable connection). The new one only does not include herbs.

What is this made from? Is this safe to use for Covid 19 symptoms?

Hi Carla, this IC is created with the help of the viruses that cause flu, and then the signal was inverted. All other ICs, where the Source is 'Spectronosodes', are made in this way.

I have a new laptop, pretty powerful. I cant get my hummer to pair with my phone correctly so I use the laptop. Anything longer than 20 minutes overheats at 80% volume. I was curious if I lower the volume even more to get through the full 39 minutes, would that still be effective? Thank you

Hi Elissa Helfrey, yes, you can lower the volume to prevent overheating, that will still be effective.
