Hi Anton (and anyone else who has advice!),
I am getting surgery on my breasts this week (not implants). There will be tissue removed, scarring and I will be fully under anesthesia.
I am looking for advice on what I can safely use to speed my healing, reduce scarring and reduce pain without the need of medications.
Is it safe to start back up right away with IC's and PEMF?
Any advice and guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

if your stomach acidity is an issue, which is one of the main issues that contributes to h pylori infection, you may want to look into the vagus reboot and activate program that's in the special collections to help reboot your vagus, as it affects microbiome and gastric juices.
