Hi Stacey, the best way is to apply directly, but you can also imprint it to water. Drink at least 3 times a day, at least 2oz (50ml) of water each time.

Anton SF Hi, as it's best to apply PEMF directly, does that mean that imprinting will work but not as quickly or as powerfully? (and vice versa). I have been imprinting things even if they are say PEMF or audible, with the intention that it will be as beneficial, but... See more

margaret coulber, experience maybe different, so far with our studies imprint ics was more effective when transfer to water and consumed. For PEMF, it is generally how they used (direct application) and they are sequences of frequencies, so frequencies they played first are partially override by next one if... See more
