Hi Adam, there is no limit on how many times a day you can use it, but we recommend using any PEMF IC 1-2 times daily. It is essential to do it daily, rather than many times one day and then none the next day.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, Hello, I am a beginner can you tell me if we should put it directly on the body or if I inform a bottle or both? Thanks for your feedback. My mum has an inguinal hernia and we would like to have her reduced.

Hi Methivier, for PEMF ICs it is best to apply them directly to the body, affected area.

the concept of the Urinary Bladder Meridian and its associated elements comes from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which views health and disease differently from Western medicine. According to TCM, the body is interconnected through pathways or meridians that carry Qi (vital energy), and imbalances or blockages in these pathways can lead to health issues. The Urinary Bladder Meridian is one of these pathways, associated with the water element, and is believed to influence the health and function of the urinary system, among other things.
In the context of TCM, remedies aimed at balancing or enhancing the flow of Qi through the Urinary Bladder Meridian might be considered for managing symptoms like urinary incontinence.
