 Hi All,

jill windisch, please try the following:

1) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.
2) Restart your computer or phone. Try a different phone or computer.
3) Replace Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable". (if you used IC Pad for already quite some time)
