Hello Anton, on this program the first 3 minutes are inaudible, which was not the case last week. I had excellent results for shoulder pain at night. thank you

leclere, first 3 minutes is 10,000 Hz frequency, it may be not well audible for some people or on some devices. You can try to increase volume and try different phone/laptop.

hi, I've noticed a few scratches on the glow pad does this lessen the effect.

Beverley Cox, for Glowing IC Pad no problem. For the circuit IC Pad small scratches are okay, but very deep scratches on the golden coil may affect it work. You can try using this test IC for circuit IC Pad:  Circuit IC Pad high pitch test
