Isabelle Nagel, as for Audibles ICs yes. But you can also see this PEMF  Inflammation of Gums and JawYou need to place IC Pad on the cheek on the side where the gums are inflamed.

Hi Anton. I wonder about the adequate headphones to use with audibles in general and also Daniels Music. Many headphones only have a limited frequency spectrum. This is often not communicated on their websites, so it's not so easy to research. Definitely, we should have a broad spectrum - maybe 5 Hz to 35 KHz? Otherwise we will lose part of the frequencies. Any suggestions and advice?

Susanne Noll, usual headphones prices over $30 should be good. Frequency up to 20kHz is enough because phones and laptops can usually output only up to 20kHz anyway and Audible ICs also have frequencies below that value.

Rita Manzani, we recommend to use the same Imprint IC at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) at a time. You can also apply it directly to stomach, but also 3 times a day.
