Since yesterday I can no longer connect my glow pad 3 via Bluetooth. I have tried it with several smartphones

Or follow these steps:
1. Turn on the IC Pad
2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).
3. After 10 seconds the indicator light will flash red. You can remove your finger and the device will turn off.
4. Turn on the device and try to connect to your phone/tablet
Please make sure the audio volume is set to maximum after starting the transfer.
