Hello, I would appreciate help. I'm a newby. I can't get the bluetooth to pick up on my MacBook Air as well as my iphone. I've restarted both but still not recognizing the IC pad. If there is a particular video, I'd like to know which one to watch. In gratitude

In addition, I've watched the videos on how to get started. I can use the cord. Once I was able to connect bluetooth to my computer, now I can't. I've never been able to connect to my phone.

Jamra Soares, you may have turned off the Bluetooth on the IC Pad.

Or follow these steps:

1. Turn on the IC Pad

2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).
