Pourquoi utiliser une frรฉquence bluetooth dont les frรฉquences varient entre 2 400 et 2 483,5 MHz, alors que celles-ci vont รชtre transmises ร l'eau. Pouvez-vous m'expliquer? Merci d'avance Cordialement Jean-Franรงois
Why use a Bluetooth frequency whose frequencies vary between 2,400 and 2,483.5 MHz, when these will be transmitted to water. Can you explain to me? Thanks in advance Sincerely Jean-Franรงois

Jean-Franรงois GUILLOTTE, Bluetooth frequency does not interfere with ICs, as it is very different frequency range. Regarding Bluetooth frequency being imprinted into water - this frequency, which is the same to frequency used in microwave oven, but energy is about 10,000 times lower. Water does absorb electromagnetic energy at the 2.4 GHz frequency, and this absorption results in the dissipation of energy as heat right away, therefore it is not stored as an imprint.
question: i have been able to increase my total testosterone dramatically, which seems very exciting. unfortunately, my SHBG also increased (sex hormone binding globulin), so that my FREE testosterone stayed the same. I'm so disappointed. Anton, do you have any ideas how I can make this really work for my Free T?
Darrell Kay, thank you very much for sharing your experience! If the issue is that testosterone is being produced but is predominantly bound to SHBG, reducing SHBG levels or modifying its binding affinity can help increase the amount of free testosterone available to enter cells. Darrell Kay, thank you very much for sharing your experience! If the issue is that testosterone is being produced but is predominantly bound to SHBG, reducing SHBG levels or modifying its binding affinity can help increase the amount of free testosterone available to enter cells. Here are several strategies that may help achieve this:
Optimize Nutrition:
Increase Protein Intake: Higher protein diets have been associated with lower SHBG levels.
Healthy Fats: Incorporate healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids from fish, flaxseeds, and chia seeds, which can support hormone production and may help reduce SHBG.
Zinc and Magnesium: Ensure adequate intake of these minerals, which are crucial for hormone production and may help lower SHBG levels. Zinc PicolinateMagnesium Glycinate
Boron: Studies have shown that boron can significantly reduce SHBG levels and increase free testosterone. You can try it as IC Boron
Lifestyle Adjustments:
Exercise: Regular strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help lower SHBG levels and increase free testosterone.
Reduce Stress: Chronic stress can increase cortisol, which may indirectly affect SHBG levels. Stress reduction techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and adequate sleep are beneficial. Try also Happy Water
