Can you mix different binaural beats and/or listen to different audio ICs at the same time? Or do the different audio ICs cancel each other out? I want to explore the variety of the beats you offer, but it's a bit time-consuming.

olya, you should not play different binaural beats ICs at the same time. Other Audible ICs are best to be used in one-by-one mode as well. We have 5 these only;

Brain Theta (Deeply relaxed)

Brain Beta (Alertness)

Brain Alpha (Calmness)

Brain Delta (Sleep)

Brain Gamma (Concentration)

Anton SF What about mixing the beats with other types of music, such as classical, or even lectures that could play in the background? Is that possible, or should the beats be listened to alone?

olya, yes, while listening to any Audible ICs (including beats) you can listen to some music as the same time.

Anton, do you need to listen to a specific binaural beat for consecutive days before switching to another, or can you use them as needed? I'm dealing with adrenal fatigue and wondering if it's best to repeat the beats for a few weeks or days, then take a break to let my body adjust. How do I know when to stop using them? olya, you can listen to specific binaural beats as needed. For other audible ICs and ICs in general we recommend to focus on up to 3 health goals at a time. For example adrenal fatigue Audible ICs is not a binaural beat type, but more complex. You can stop frequent use of particular IC when you reached desired level of improvement and later repeat using it once in a while.

Erica Lewis, you can imprint protein coctail as well - first prepare the coctail, then do the imprinting and then drink it.
