Hi Anton, the lights are on but no pulsation is happening

Below 10 Hz: The pulsation is generally very noticeable, and the light appears to pulse. Between 10-25 Hz: The pulsation is still perceptible but less intense. Between 25-60 Hz: The pulsation becomes very difficult to detect. Above 60 Hz: Most people will see a continuous light without any pulsation.

2. Press and hold button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when white light goes off).
3. After 10 seconds indicator light will flash red. You can remove your finger and device will turn off. ... See more

4. Turn on device and try to connect to your phone/tablet
Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum after starting the transfer.
