Hello, I would appreciate help. I'm a newby. I can't get the bluetooth to pick up on my MacBook Air as well as my iphone. I've restarted both but still not recognizing the IC pad. If there is a particular video, I'd like to know which one to watch. In gratitude

In addition, I've watched the videos on how to get started. I can use the cord. Once I was able to connect bluetooth to my computer, now I can't. I've never been able to connect to my phone.

Jamra Soares, you may have turned off the Bluetooth on the IC Pad.

1. Turn on the IC Pad

2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).

Hi, s anyone else had a problem with using the new IC pad? I can't seem to get it to work . It is fully charged and I can press the start button to flip through the light options but there is no light function if I try and transfer to water. Either thru the phone or laptop. Volume is on full.
My old icpad works fine.

J Mack, can you please try using Bluetooth connection instead of audio cable connection. Also, just in case, please try using different audio cable (same you use for old GlowPad).

I think once is not enough. I guess I feel like I have a flu syndrome so I chose to calm the exhausting cough first and it's already bearable for the rest. Come on, I'll persevere!!! Thanks for these infoceuticals, Anton. And thanks for the advice ;)
