Foae Elyo, we recommend using the same imprint ICs at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml of water each time.

Anton SF have you used these, and have you tried to use it in water and then shine a red light and then a greent light on the tincture.?

Are there any IC's that have Suma Root in them? I searched and can't find any. It has multiple uses and I would love to imprint it. Thnx
