If I understand correctly, I can listen the audible Ics not only by the Hummer, but also by earphones connected to pc or phone

Edoardo, yes, that's correct! Audible ICs work through sound frequencies, so as long as you're using headphones or speakers that allow you to hear the frequencies clearly, you should be able to benefit from them. Just make sure the volume is at a comfortable level.

Ariane Chui, yes, it is possible to imprint ICs directly onto non-water-based items like liquid foundations as well.
