I assume that you should transfer the frequency to the sternum with the Glowing IC Pad. How often per day? Should you also transfer the frequency to water and drink it 3 times a day?

Dorothee Osterhagen, yes, this one (PEMF) is the best to apply directly to body 1-2 times a day. You can additionally imprint it in the water and drink it at least 3 times a day.

Anton SF I find it workshop incredibly well - really calms down the NS. Does it contain the frequencies of the Vagus too, I wonder? I can feel it working in various parts of the body. Super grateful for this one!
