Marlies Zoll The 9CH potency is better for this. A general rule for potencies is the following : 4CH for a specific location (eg a finger), 5CH for a larger location (an organ), 7CH for larger area, 9CH for the full organism, 15CH and 30CH+ for psychism and higher bodies... See more

Marlies Zoll I just spilled it on me int he shower before showering, no oil. More relaxed breathing, and general relaxation. Stopped running thoughts. Try it yourself.
