Hello, I would appreciate help. I'm a newby. I can't get the bluetooth to pick up on my MacBook Air as well as my iphone. I've restarted both but still not recognizing the IC pad. If there is a particular video, I'd like to know which one to watch. In gratitude

In addition, I've watched the videos on how to get started. I can use the cord. Once I was able to connect bluetooth to my computer, now I can't. I've never been able to connect to my phone.

Jamra Soares, you may have turned off the Bluetooth on the IC Pad.

Hi, s anyone else had a problem with using the new IC pad? I can't seem to get it to work . It is fully charged and I can press the start button to flip through the light options but there is no light function if I try and transfer... See more

J Mack, can you please try using Bluetooth connection instead of audio cable connection. Also, just in case, please try using different audio cable (same you use for old GlowPad).

I think once is not enough. I guess I feel like I have a flu syndrome so I chose to calm the exhausting cough first and it's already bearable for the rest. Come on, I'll persevere!!! Thanks for these infoceuticals, Anton. And thanks for the advice ;)
