I can't find the information indicating the number of cycles for 1l ... for 1 glass should I do less? For 2l is it longer?
Thank you very much !

Esteban , imprinting 1 glass or 2 liters for 2 minutes will have about the same imprint strength. To make imprint stronger (whether you are imprinting 1 glass or 2 litters of water) you need to add more repeats.

Hi Anton!   My hip injury is 95% better.   I used the #2 method and holograms stickers.  Do you know if my grounding mat or the red light panel cancels the imprint in the stickers? TIA. Sally

Sally Hung, thank you very much for sharing your experience! Using grounding mats should not have any effect on stickers, but placing stickers (or water) close to electrical equipment, including red lamps, can affect them.

Hello Anton,
is there an IC for dry eyes due to meibomian gland dysfunction? The meibomian glands, which produce the oily part of the tear film, are shortened and only work to a limited extent. I have already tried various ICs for the eyes, but without any effect.  I think an IC that helps to regenerate the meibomian glands would be perfect. Perhaps you can help me further?

Vera Bunte,  there's no IC specifically for MGD, but here are some suggestions that may help for dry eyes due to MGD:
Eye Care (Rife) : A general eye support complex that may provide relief for dry eyes and help with lubrication.
BPC-157 and TB-500 Peptide Blend : Known for its tissue repair properties, it may aid in regenerating meibomian glands. And, helps promote healing and reduce inflammation, potentially supporting gland... See more
