If I'm using the once in 30 days transfer method and I'm putting the drops directly under my tongue, is 20 drops in water the same as 20 drops under my tongue? Or is 20 drops in water the same as 10 drops under my tongue?

Ruthie Gio, when using the “once in 30 days” you can put 10 drops under the tongue 3 times a day. Instead of imprinting saline you can imprint olive oil and use 10 drops of olive oil at a time under the tongue.

Infopathy Team Thanks so much! 1) So the drops under the tongue version is half the dose of using it in water, correct? Thank you. 2) Also, this saltiness doesn't bother me, so I can use either the salty water or olive oil, yes?

Our general recommendation is 10 drops at a times, but some practitioner recommend 20 for a stronger effect.
And yes, if the slight saltiness doesn’t bother you, you can choose either salty water or olive oil for imprinting.

Pauline , we recommend starting with three sessions per week to avoid overstimulation and adjusting based on your body’s response. You may see faster or stronger results if you use it more frequently, depending on how your skin reacts.

Stephanie Soo, you may choose only one acne complex to the following:
Acne : This complex includes anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and wound-healing components.
Acne : Slightly simpler than the new version, but still strong for inflammation and infection.

Use 3× daily and continue for at least 5–7 days. You may continue for 2–4 weeks if you want deeper benefits or if acne is recurring.
