Had such an interesting experience doing "relax and balance emotions" IC while laying in bed. I kept getting flutters in my chest and then involuntary muscle twitches in different areas of body, shoulder, leg, foot. It was as if I could feel the emotions being released! Kinda similar to and Emotion Code session. This one is definitely in my rotation now! Thank you.

Thank you Peggy! Yes, I’ve watched Dr. Berg’s video and have started stretching foot the opposite way everyone else is suggesting. It’s helpful and I’ll keep doing it. Last night I soaked my feet in epsom salt and Borax. That really helped! I’ve also started taking boron/ borax diluted of course twice a day. That’s also helping.
