Charlie Blower, you can listed Audibles with headphones or apply them directly to the body using transfer device (as you were doing).
At you practitioner office do you use PEMF or micro/micro current applied via electrodes? Usually from PEMF you would not feel muscles contraction, but depends on frequency... See more
