My husband has been dealing with chronic knee pain and inflammation in his knee. We just had x-rays done and X-Ray results say he has a small joint effusion and there is mild enthesophyte formation at the quadriceps insertion. Would you please share which IC complexes would be best? Thank you!

This one confuses me. How do you know how much cream to use? Since progesterone generally makes a person tired, how is someone supposed to use this 3x a day? Or will that symptom not apply with IC?

Molly, thank you for for bringing attention to this question, seems we missed it..
Currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect).

For some reason Daniel's Functional Music Audibles won't start anymore, show 'Loading ICs' continiously.

I've cleared cache, cookies, site settings and history. I'm using Brave BrowserBrave 1.73.89, Chromium 131.0.6778.69 on an android 10 /device.

Playing ICs is funcional and I can hear noise. I've e tried to change from the new player and old player back and forth plus clearing browser data with no luck.

Familie Raven , please try using Audbile ICs on a different phone or laptop. If you have VPN on your device, try to turn it off, then restart your device and try again (without restating may not work still). Please let me know if that helped. Thank you!

Apparently it broke all browsers on my phone regarding playing audio.
Reinstalling the webbrowsers solved the problem.

Running said instructions regarding audio focus on apps other than webbrowsers, i.e. Spotify/Soundcloud/... enables to play Infopathy audibles via webbrowsers and still be able to play music in the background if wanted.
