Alexandra shared experience on Mark’s Shampoo mix

I make my own shampoo with this. A very basic mix of imprinted water mixed with around 10% Doterra shampoo, as I know it has no nasties, then for about a 250ml mix I add 6 drops each of essential oil of frankincense, rosemary, lavender and 3 drops of clove. I sometimes add tea tree oil too. My partner reckons he has hair where he hasn’t had it for decades!

I got my finger caught between 45 lb dumbbell and the rack putting it away yesterday (irony of working with weights to help combat osteoporosis ) lots of pain . I have been icing and used oral hypericum perforatum 6c arnica 30 c , bryonis alba 30 c and arnica gel . I am wondering which variation of icc water would be recommended .
