Hi Anton, For audibles do you recommend listening one by one or all in one?

Hi Carl, usually for Audible ICs we recommend listening one-by-one, but for this complex, you can try "All at once" because each Solfeggio frequency is just one frequency, so they should not interfere.

Hi Anton, being audible I can attend him on oil and if so, can I send them 1 at a time or all together? if it were all together can I do 2 or 3 laps? Can I also use it to spread it on the body?

Hi Patrizia, yes, you can also use it to imprint water and oils. For this specific Audible complex you can do All together and put few repeats. Yes, you can also apply it directly to the body.
