Is there a limit on how many ICs to include in one blend? I have started with just a few ICs per blend and have been gradually adding more ICs. In one of my personal blends the number of ICs has added to 62 different ICs (I always select transfer at once and 6 repetitions). Is this approach total nonsense or could it actually work? So far I don't feel any negative effects but I also don't have a way to measure the effectiveness.

Hi Marko, we suggest including up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex. Including too many ICs in one complex may results in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it. Some people create large complexes. You may also split ICs into few complexes. Prepare a few bottles of water or tinctures (Method 2) and use them one after another during the day at... See more

Hi Anton. I started using ICs 2-3 months ago and I started small like suggested and week by week I kept adding new ICs into the blends and the number of included ICs grew gradually... How much time does it take for the body to "learn" to process the ICs properly? When I introduce new ICs, can they be added on top of the ICs that the body is already used to or is it always recommended to "train" the body with a separate blend and mix the ICs only... See more

Hope that was understandable. :) Thank you in advance.
Hi Marko, it would be individual on how much time you would need to "learn" new ICs. You can add new ICs into the existing complex and see if you still have an effect. If not you can reduce the size of that complex or split it into 2 or 3 complexes.
Hi Anton, Thank you for your response. I started splitting my complexes in series of 6 ICs as you recommended and will follow the effects. It is very hard for me to determine whether the complex is effective or not... What would you say is a good way to measure the response of the body to a certain IC/IC complex? Thank you in advance.
Hi Marko, many people use muscle tests (kinesiology) to select ICs and also test if the created complex is good. You can find more info about muscle tests in youtube videos.
Hi Anton, that's a great suggestion, thank you. I know the kinesiology strength test from energy medicine, will try it. Do you think it is enough to hold a container with the IC when doing the test or should I drink it and then perform the test? Thank you in advance.
