Hi Todd, please try to charge IC Pad with wall charger for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off. Also, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or laptop after you start the transfer.

This pemf just loeads to 99% and doesn't start even after 10 minutes waiting
